Dr. Lisa Moore, DPT, is a BoneFit™ Trained Healthcare Professional, offering expert care for those living with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or looking to prevent bone loss. BoneFit™ is an evidence-informed exercise training designed to help healthcare professionals prescribe and progress exercise safely and effectively for people with osteoporosis.

Dr. Lisa Moore, DPT has also trained through the Institute of Clinical Excellence in Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA), embracing a progressive, up-to-date, evidence-based approach rooted in the philosophy that older does not mean weaker. She stays at the forefront of osteoporosis care through continuous learning — attending conferences, diving into current research, and participating in webinars — ensuring her practice is always informed by the latest science.

At Strong Bones Physical Therapy, your journey starts with a complete assessment to evaluate your overall health and identify personal goals. From there, we create a customized plan focused on reducing your fracture risk, improving strength, enhancing posture, and boosting balance.
