Do you take insurance?
All sessions are paid at the time of service—just like you would with a massage therapist, personal trainer, or electrician. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill with the necessary diagnosis and billing codes for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Why this model? Because I believe your care should be a partnership between you and me, not influenced by insurance companies with different priorities. This approach allows me to give you my full attention without restrictions—and with complete transparency. You’ll never receive surprise bills months later. (Unfortunately, I’ve seen this happen far too often.)
You can use your HSA or FSA cards to pay for services.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is 75 minutes, and it’s all about you. We’ll discuss your health history, DEXA scans, injuries, surgeries, and personal goals. I create a space where you can share your story fully—so I can tailor your session to what matters most to you.
I may assess your strength, posture, balance, and mobility. I’ll also review your exercise form and technique and give specific feedback, so you know you’re doing things correctly.
You’ll leave with a customized exercise plan, including how much weight to use, how many reps to perform, and how often to do them. Video demonstrations are provided, and we’ll build a follow-up plan together to track your progress and keep you moving forward.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed—you can book directly with me.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! Absolutely! I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to meet your needs and location.
How much do you charge?
- Initial Visit (75 min): $250
- Follow Up Visits (60 min): $170
